The Pneumatic Flex Locator range has just become even more versatile, with two new models now available: a Light Duty and a Heavy Duty type in both the Locating Module and Clamping Pin configuration.

Designed for quick and accurate fixture changeovers, this system now offers even more flexibility across varying applications. Whether you’re working with compact setups or high-load environments.

More choice for tailored automation

The Light Duty version is perfect for space-constrained setups and lighter loads. It delivers up to 1kN of clamping force and offers 0.02 mm repeat accuracy in the Locating Pin and Receiver Type, giving you reliable positioning without sacrificing valuable space. 

On the other end of the spectrum, the Heavy Duty version is engineered for high-performance requirements. With a turbo function that increases clamping force up to 26kN and repeatability as precise as 0.003 mm, it’s ideal for applications that demand rigidity and repeatable accuracy.

Fast, accurate clamping in one step

Whether you choose Light or Heavy Duty, the Pneumatic Flex Locator system simplifies your changeover process. Positioning and clamping are completed in a single step using air supply, minimising machine downtime and enhancing output.

Both single-acting and double-acting models are available:

• Single-acting maintain clamping with a spring-loaded mechanical positive lock, maintaining hold even when air is lost.
• Double-acting types add pneumatic clamping for greater force and secure mechanical locking.
