Rapid, efficient gas cylinder changeovers

Increase your efficiency for gas cylinder refilling with changeovers to different cylinder valves in seconds. TK350-TN350 quick release system ensures quick and easy WEH® adapter changes for repair purposes or when switching over valves.

These are essential items for improving efficiency of gas production in Australia/NZ.

The bayonet lock releases the first adapter immediately and connects to the next adapter just as quickly. You save time and money. The 360° TD1 swivel joint is a perfect choice for moving a depressurised WEH® adapter into the perfect connection position. The swivel joint also prevents the filling hose from twisting, making it ideal for inert/flammable gases and oxygen production or use.

WEH® TW57 Connectors for filling gas cylinders with male thread

The WEH® TW57 filling connector is the ideal tool for filling gas cylinders with male threads. It is designed for a nominal pressure of 200 or 300 bar and available for residual and non-residual pressure valves. There is a huge choice of actuation systems for the different valves and protection caps, including loop, lever or wire rope.

The highly innovative WEH® jaw locking mechanism establishes a secure and pressure-tight connection in seconds.The expandable thread segments clamp together firmly on the thread of the cylinder valve, pressure sealing the valve at the same time.

Quick release for repair, switch or pressure change

Changeovers from a residual to a non-residual pressure connector are simplified significantly. When a changeover to another cylinder valve configuration is needed, releasing the bayonet lock and retracting the sliding sleeve on the TK350 will sever the connection between the TK350 and the TN350.

The TN350 quick-release nipple remains on the filling hose and is simply connected to the corresponding WEH® Connector, which is also equipped with a TK350 quick-release coupling. Changeovers from one system to the next couldn’t be easier for 200 and 300 bar applications in gas manufacturing plants.
